WIMBLEDON COUNSELLOR & PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I have been working with clients for over 9 years. In my work, I meet all kinds of individuals who are looking to address issues that are causing distress or interfering with their quality of life.
I have a special interest in working with women experiencing postnatal distress commonly referred to as postnatal depression (PND) or baby blues. My research and clinical experience in this area focusses on the impact of prior life experiences on the onset of postnatal distress and the potential for unresolved issues to surface at this time. You can read more about postnatal counselling and my approach here.
A further special interest is working with clients with skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne. I work with clients to address the concomitant stress, depression, and anxiety of living with a chronic or intractable skin disease. Furthermore, I help clients explore their internal worlds to understand how their emotional worlds may be negatively impacting their skin. You can read more about my approach here.
Alongside these areas of specialism, I have extensive experience working with clients across a wide variety of issues and concerns.
